Testimonials

I worked with Scott when I moved back to the Seacoast area in 2004. I was initially reluctant to buy knowing that there was a strong chance I would be moving again within a few years. Scott helped me find the perfect condo, and was also very helpful in leveraging his network of vendors to help me find good values and quality work in several upgrades I had done. Scott then sold it for me two years later for a nice profit. I highly recommend Scott and Ruffner Real Estate in general.
